Job Overview
West Chester law firm seeks contract lawyer to assist with heavy litigation work load. Seeking part-time or full-time. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, including but not limited to General Litigation. This role requires excellent research and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a law office environment. PA license a must.
Duties
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents for various cases.
- Assist in the representation of clients in court or during negotiations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on related matters. .
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.
