Role : Performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical functions for the Sales Department, including heavy telephone usage, Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint, merging contracts, assisting with clerical functions, reporting to Director of Sales. Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Managers, Senior Sales Executives and Director of Sales with various projects involving clients and internal Associates. Works collaboratively amongst a team of Sales Coordinators. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Departmental policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Knowledge of ExcelKnowledgeable on operation of office equipment.Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.MAJOR JOB DUTIES : Duties include, but are not limited, to the following : Must be able to work in a very fast-paced office environment, under pressure, multi-task, and take direction from several people at the same time while prioritizing.Performs a variety of word processing assignments that are sometimes confidential in nature; operates personal computer to enter data, draft correspondence, and make various signage materials related to the department functions.Establishes and maintains files, records, and other documents.Accepts, screens and directs the department's telephone and handles routine administrative inquiries concerning the Sales and the resort.Produces and distribute correspondences as required.
