Job Purpose :
The Service Advisor liaises between customers and technicians, ensuring superior customer service and efficient repair scheduling. They prepare and bill repair orders, assign work, and manage customer communication. The role prioritizes honoring commitments, fostering positive customer experiences, and continuous learning.
Pay : $53,000 - $73,000 / year (Depending on Experience) Service Counter Incentive Program
Shift : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30AM - 6 : 00PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Honor Commitments :
- Process all shop repair orders by scheduling & assigning work to shop Associates. ? Document and diagnose necessary repairs by taking photographs.
