We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Estimator to join our team.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Quantify materials, labor, and equipment costs for landscape construction projects.
• Develop production hour estimates for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with general contractors, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing and information.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities to fully understand project scope.
• Prepare and submit formal bid packages in accordance with deadlines and project specifications.
• Assist project managers with project handoffs, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-construction to execution.
• Support change orders and value engineering efforts as required.
• Maintain records of bids, costs, and historical data for future use and project improvement.
• Provide job cost analysis at the end of projects for review with leadership.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates on bid status and project progress.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Experience/Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape or construction estimating.
• Proficiency with estimating software and tools (e.g., Procore, PlanHub, Aspire, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction materials, labor costs, and construction methods.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• $75,000-$90,000 with commission. Salary based on experience and qualifications.
