About the role :
We are looking for an analytical and results-driven Senior Performance Marketer to join our dynamic Marketing team in
NYC . You will own executing and optimizing across existing channels while also identifying opportunities to expand into new channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record hitting business goals through constant testing.
What you'll be doing : Own strategy and execution on key marketing channels, including SEM and Paid Social (Facebook and TikTok)Lead all aspects of creative and landing page ideation and iteration to continually improve performancePartner closely with data analytics team to measure marketing effectiveness and find opportunities to improve efficiency and / or scaleAnalyze campaigns results in order to optimize campaigns to determine how and where budget should be deployedCommunicate key marketing initiatives and results to broader team and key external partnersWhat we're looking for :
6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing in fast-paced environments with hands-on SEM and / or Paid Social experience preferredDemonstrated ability to hit business growth goals through creative and landing page optimizations and channel expansionData and results-driven with strong ability to tell a story using data insights and performance resultsExcellent problem-solving skills with track record of using data-driven approaches to solve complex business problemsStrong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with internal creative, data, and product teams and external partnersDesire to stay abreast of current marketing trends and best practicesHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team playerThis role will be in office in NYCBenefits & Perks :

Compensation : 160,000-$180,000 USD
