Position Overview

Sniffies is on the hunt for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to elevate our digital marketing strategy. If you’re a programmatic advertising pro with a passion for driving results, this is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, sex-positive environment.

Working from our Bushwick office two days a week, as Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Sniffies, you will oversee the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Advertising, and SEO. You’ll manage day-to-day operations on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and programmatic channels such as TrafficJunky and ExoClick, ensuring seamless campaign setup, performance tracking, and real-time adjustments. You’ll craft compelling ad creatives, optimize marketing funnels, and lead A / B testing to boost conversions. Additionally, you’ll take charge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, conduct keyword research, and develop strategies to enhance organic content and link-building for Sniffies' editorial platform, Hush.

You’ll also lead email marketing efforts, including campaign execution, segmentation, and automation via tools like Klaviyo and HubSpot. Using your analytical acumen, you’ll optimize channel performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights through advanced reporting systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll manage budgets, stay informed of industry trends, and contribute to the overall growth strategy. This role combines tactical execution with data-driven decision-making to drive user acquisition and brand growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in full-funnel digital and performance marketing, with a strong focus on multi-channel approach to execution.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably in adult content marketing.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising on platforms such as TrafficJunky, ExoClick, and TrafficStars.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with SEO, paid search, and paid social media advertising.
  • Experience with adult website advertising and familiarity with related policies and regulations.
  • Google Product Certifications showcasing strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI and other data reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on campaign management in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with DV360 and other Programmatic Buying Solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with adult advertising platforms like TrafficJunky, ExoClick, and TrafficStars.
  • Operational expertise with SEO tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Cross-channel management with platform and enterprise marketing platforms.
  • A / B testing experience, creative testing experience, and conversion rate optimization tools.
  • Basic HTML and CSS for landing page creation and support.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads Certifications.
  • Meta Ads and other social / digital platform Certifications.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Voluum, Marketo).
  • Meta Blueprint Certification reflecting strong proficiency in Facebook / Instagram Insights, Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Creative.
  • Bonus points if you’ve thrived in a startup or agency environment, or if you bring experience from the adult entertainment or sex-positive industries.
