- Managing projects from development through to completion, including planning, financial oversight, and client relations.
- Engaging proactively with clients, management, and team members to ensure seamless communication and project success.
- Leading and mentoring junior engineering staff to foster professional growth and project alignment.
- Collaborating with internal mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering teams for integrated project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Vermont or New Hampshire, or ability to obtain within 6-12 months.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and engineering design software.
- Proven leadership and project management experience, with a focus on delivering results.
