Your role in our team
- You will provide a full range of human resources and operational support to the organization.
- You will act as a trusted business partner in all HR matters for the business.
- You will partner with the organization by actively participating in managing the business and integrating the human resources function with business activities to provide value to the customer.
- You will work in strong collaboration with the Global SL HR leadership team to ensure the alignment of strategic and operational deliverables.
- You will partner with US Human Resources functional centers as needed.
- You will implement employee relations strategies designed to create an environment that drives maximum individual and team success and facilitates the resolution of employee relations issues.
- You will partner with the leadership team to increase focus on performance management to maximize employee contributions and proactively address performance issues.
- You will counsel managers and employees on local policies and best practices.
- You will embrace change and facilitate the implementation of change management initiatives for the evolving business/company.
- You will partner with the leadership team to effectively communicate business strategies, goals, values, and performance expectations.
- You will manage and administer local salary and incentive administration and performance management processes.
- You will manage local recruiting processes and focus on Talent Management.
- You will assist in resource planning and develop strategies to cultivate a talent pipeline.
- You will identify and develop current talent.
- You will manage local Time & Attendance collection and processing for payroll.
- You will support Global HR Initiatives.
Your profile
- You have obtained a BS/BA in a related discipline (required); an advanced degree is preferred. SPHR/GPHR/PHR is desirable.
- You have gained 10 years of successful experience as a human resources business partner.
- You have prior experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT).
- You have exposure to working in a shared services environment.
- You have experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- You will work in a modern work environment with an open culture towards improvements and new ideas.
