KAD Staffing is a full service staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Skilled Trades, and Production. We are growing and looking for great talent to join our team!
Responsibilities :
New business development
Maintain current relationships
Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
Work with Recruiters to understand client needs
Recruit candidates using various tools
Manage clients and candidates through the interview and offer process
The ideal candidate will have 1 years of sales experience in business to business sales. Staffing experience is a plus. You MUST have a great attitude!.
