Custodial Lead & Facilities Manager

Under the general supervision of the Superintendent/CEO and/or Designee, the Custodial Lead/Facilities Manager performs duties related to the maintenance, safety, and repair of Kairos Public Schools' buildings, facilities, and equipment. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment while providing leadership and supervision to custodial staff. The Custodial Lead/Facilities Manager will be expected to communicate regularly with school administration and staff, ensuring an organized maintenance program. In addition to overseeing the custodial team, this position involves performing hands-on maintenance tasks, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the proper functioning of school facilities.
