Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall financial management;
2. Establish and improve the financial management system and supervise its implementation;
3. Standardize financial management to comply with U.S. accounting policies and tax policies;
4. Prepare annual financial budget, inspect and monitor the budget execution process and results;
5. Effectively control costs;
6. Fund management and government docking work;
7. Annual audit work;
8. Financial risk management;
9. Work closely with business departments as a business partner to drive business progress
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fields; MBA or CPA qualifications are preferred.
2. At least 5 years of financial management experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficient in financial software and ERP\SAP systems.
4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively with organizations at different levels.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, attention to details.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
