As our Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to maximize group bookings and revenue.
You'll own a territory and verticals with clear goals and expectations, building and leading a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and develop key accounts.
This is a sales-focused role, requiring a proven ability to develop, negotiate, and close high-value group business.
We're seeking someone with 5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably at a 500 room hotel or a hotel attached to a convention center with 80,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
