About the Role:
This Leadership position plays a critical role in the success of our ABA therapy services by overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest quality care for our clients. As a Center Program Manager, you will supervise BCBAs and R/BTs, manage schedules, and coordinate shift coverage.
You will work closely with our State Director to ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff will be essential in achieving our goals. To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration and 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare facility/clinic setting.
