Kaleidoscope Inc, a non-profit, child welfare organization located in Chicago, Illinois is looking to fill the position of PQI Data Management Specialist to assist with the day-to-day performance and quality improvement data management activities for the Intact Family and Intact Family Pilot - THRIVE programs.

- Uses valid and reliable data collection methods to measure outputs, outcomes, and progress toward performance targets.
- Prepares data reports from various quality improvement activities.
- Assists in preparation for program monitoring/grant compliance visits in accordance with funder requirements.
- Performs data entry for Intact Family and reviews for trends and/or opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for managing the program database and data submission.
- Collaborate with the PQI Manager to ensure activities related to the Agency's quality improvement activities are effectively executed and documented as it pertains to the Intact Family Program
- Participates in the implementation of the Intact Family Services PQI Plan.
- Participates in monthly Intact Family Services PQI meetings.
- Participates on the agency's PQI committee and collaborates with the PQI Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Program Officer as needed for committee support.
- Creates the Quarterly Intact Family Services Performance Reports.
- Assists in the surveying of Intact parents/caregivers to determine satisfaction with services.
- Performs other duties as assigned by PQI Manager.
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum Years of Experience: Experience with continuous quality improvement, research, data entry and analysis preferred, but not required.
- Information Technology Skills Required: Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Other Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and time management skills. Full time use of minimally insured operating automobile and valid driver's license. Must pass a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
