Responsibilities
- Ensure guests receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy
- Help ensure the safety of guests and campground property through attentive observation and action
- Coordinate with office staff for late guest arrivals and problem resolution
- Learn and operate our Campground Management system
- Communicate effectively with all staff and management using Basecamp System
- Enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with park goals
- Welcome after-hours guests and complete check-in process
- Perform light custodial work to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all facilities
- Fill LP gas tanks during office hours
- Assist with pool maintenance
- Complete various duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to work with others and independently
- Licensed driver, able to operate light vehicles safely on and off property
- Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of maintenance and use of common repair tools
- Able to work at high altitude - 7,000ft
