Guest Service Team Member
We are an outdoor campground destination seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in beautiful Northern Arizona, just an hour from the Grand Canyon.
Our year-round park offers a unique blend of camping experiences, including RVs, cabins, and teepees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great camping experience for our guests.
- Maintain a safe environment by being attentive to guest needs and property.
- Coordinate with office staff for late arrivals and problem resolution.
- Learn and operate our Campground Management system.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management using Basecamp System.
- Enforce campground policies and implement solutions to meet park goals.
- Welcome after-hours guests and complete check-in process.
- Possess basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tools.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Licensed Driver-able to operate light vehicles safely on and off property.
- Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment at high altitude (7,000ft).
