WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Procurement & Inventory Domination
- Take charge of sourcing top-tier spare parts, equipment, and consumables—on time, on budget, every time.
- Leverage your negotiation savvy to lock in the best contracts and pricing deals.
- Keep our inventory running like clockwork using advanced ERP systems (Syspro? Even better!)
- Maintain the perfect balance of stock—never too much, never too little.
Supplier & Vendor Hustle
- Identify rock-solid suppliers who meet industry standards and compliance.
- Build and maintain powerful vendor relationships to eliminate supply chain bottlenecks.
- Keep suppliers on their toes—evaluate their performance and solve issues before they become problems.
Operational Efficiency & Cost-Slaying
- Revolutionize procurement processes—streamline, automate, and optimize every step.
- Work side-by-side with maintenance & engineering teams to anticipate and fulfill equipment needs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- A tactical mind for procurement & inventory management—especially in manufacturing.
- Expertise with ERP systems (Syspro experience? Major plus!).

Required Experience & Education:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✔ 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing—bonus points for paper pulp or heavy industry!
✔ Proven success managing spare parts inventory and vendor contracts.
✔ Experience in pulp & paper, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing? Huge advantage!
