The company is a leading OEM of control system technology (HVAC). Due to its expansion, it requires an additional Territory Sales Manager to succeed in Maryland, Virginia, and the Carolinas.
About the tole:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will succeed in growing the Mid-Atlantic market. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets and driving broader business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth within a defined territory
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in the HVAC/BMS space.
- Work closely with internal technical and support teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 years of external sales experience in HVAC/BMS or related industries.
- Have Experience Managing a Territory $50m
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven ability to generate and close new business.
- Experience managing large territories and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
