Rate Of Pay
$19.00 Hourly
Performance Responsibilities
- Maintains all New Generation System records
- Assist in the “quality control” process of Certificates of Eligibility before they are sent to the state office.
- Maintain and update all student records dealing with: Educational, Health and Special services data
- Work cooperatively with the school secretary to enroll, schedule, and withdraw all students on a timely basis
- Maintains an ongoing open line of communication with teachers, aides and recruiters regarding student data
- Prepares all program reports
- Takes daily attendance
- Types and distributes memos, bulletins, announcements
- Performs usual office duties as required by Migrant Coordinator
- Assist recruiter with clerical assignments
- Completes all required records and reports assigned by director
- Completes all clerical duties for the successful operation of the project
- Maintains files of project functions
- Handles communications, orders, and checks supplies
- Assists in arranging clinics and related operational duties
- Position is dependent on grant-funding**
- Preference will be given to those who have previous successful Migrant experience
- Must be able to attend the Illinois Statewide Migrant Education Workshop prior to the start of the program
