Job Title: Senior Vice President, Media Solutions Strategy
Location: Norwalk, CT
Duties: Lead in designing and acquiring new clients for the media group and managing large client research programs through to completion; Own specific account engagements and responsible for the client relationship, financial targets and profitability of the account; Ensure technical operational advancements and efficiencies are being accomplished and rolled out to the entire media team (120 people); Lead client discovery sessions to inform solutions design architecture for Media opportunities and proposals; Design and lead cross-solution engagements and insights with Brand, Media, Creative and Qualitative components; Work closely with Commercial leads to identify opportunities and design strategies for business growth; Socialize new products and proprietary assets to build and expand client relationships; Remain abreast on market developments and trends to provide perspective to our clients on emerging themes in the industry, including the impact on proprietary solutions; Own a commercial growth target to ensure client success and satisfaction across all product solutions across Media engagements; Assess and manage performance metrics of accounts, mitigate risk, and proactively manage financial targets; Ensure the development of training materials and deployment of Media solutions across the total Media team ? methodology technicalities, product knowledge, data analysis, writing and delivering oral presentations; Assess strategy and assist in the deployment across the Media group; Partner with Media operations to ensure strategy is progressing, and the proper roll out and tech expansion aligns with executive leadership directives; Lead and inspire team while strengthening and expanding the relationship between Kantar and NA client teams; Work with Media Team leadership to identify necessary resources and staffing for new projects; Manage subject matter experts in various fields that deliver on the media strategy.
Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Job Requirements:
Minimum education requirement: Bachelor?s degree in marketing or a related Business or Social Sciences field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. In lieu of a four-year bachelor?s degree, employer will accept a combination of degrees or diploma that total 4 years, or 8 academic semesters, or 3 years or 6 academic semesters plus 3 years of related employment experience.
Minimum experience requirement: 8 years of experience leading data-driven marketing research programs across creative, media and brand.
Minimum special skills requirement: Must have 5 years? experience: As subject matter expert (SME) on blended/custom research designs across Brand, Media, Creative and Qualitative engagements; Partnering with sales teams to strategically position media measurement solutions with complimentary engagements across solutions (e.g. creative testing and brand equity measurement); As SME in media for new business pitches to win proposals; and Designing data-driven business cases using academic, primary and secondary marketing research, across Telco, Financial, CPG, Entertainment, and Tech industries.
Must have 3 years? experience: Building relationships with senior clients (Senior Directors to Chief Marketing Officers) at brand companies, publishers and media and creative agencies; Translating business requirements into solutions, and effectively positioning solution importance and value in terms of business impact and financial return; Influencing decision making across large (internal and external) matrix organizations to ensure robust research methodology experience, creative and media effectiveness, and research techniques; Managing training, learning, and development strategies across various levels and proficiencies related to media effectiveness, data analysis, marketing research methodologies, and designing materials for oral presentations; Managing and strategizing financial performance to ensure profitability across accounts and projects; and Managing and strategizing team resourcing to ensure business needs are met based on client investment. Work remote from home allowed. Some domestic travel required for leadership meetings and/or client meetings.

The salary range for this role in the Norwalk, CT area is $223,600.00 - $262,500.00. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
