Responsibilities:
- Lead our team and elevate the restaurant to the next level of excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of Crossroads Cookery, ensuring that they meet and exceed operational and financial goals.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service and maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Develop and execute strategic plans including sales growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and development of employees.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the brand and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
- Experience in financial management and budgeting.
–Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of Toast preferred
Working Conditions: PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL: This position may require occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 40 pounds. Duties are typically performed in a fast paced, moderate volume restaurant environments. Regularly required to use a computer keyboard, mouse, monitor, and telephone. Regularly required to reach, talk, listen, interpret, and communicate, both verbally and in writing. Frequently required to walk and sit for extended periods of time, up to 100% of a normal work shift. Vision is expected to be at a level proficient for reading and viewing monitors and other hardware components. Works in a restaurant environment with possible high stress levels.
