In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients buy, sell, and lease commercial properties while working closely with industry leaders, clients, and investors. - Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through innovative networking strategies, targeted marketing campaigns, and outreach (both online and offline) to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate professionals to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Property Evaluation: Assist clients in evaluating and selecting commercial properties that align with their investment goals, conducting in-depth market analyses to support their decisions.
- Property Tours & Presentations: Conduct engaging property tours and prepare detailed presentations that highlight the value and potential of the properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers, letters of intent, lease terms, and sales agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about local, state, and federal real estate regulations to ensure all transactions comply with current laws and industry standards.

- Transaction Management: Ensure seamless transactions by coordinating appraisals, inspections, and due diligence processes, providing a hassle-free experience for clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Valid Florida Real Estate License.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of generating and closing high-value deals, with experience selling properties valued between $10-30 million annually.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience and familiarity with the Florida commercial real estate market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with high-level clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and transactions, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of commercial real estate market trends, data analysis, and investment strategies.
- Proficiency with real estate software tools (e.g., MLS, LoopNet, CoStar) is highly desirable.
