Job Details
Client seeks a PAYROLL / FINANCE ERP Specialist to assess, document, and recommend improvement to Client processes that cross payroll and finance functions.
Client utilizes Infor as its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; financial functions transitioned to the ERP system version 11 in 2019 while certain payroll functions still operate in an earlier version and are transitioning currently. Many payroll-related functions cross Client departments, from Human Resources (HR) to the Office of Financial Services (OFS) to the Office of Technology and Communications (OTC). In an effort to improve and streamline workflows and create shared knowledge, Client has determined that outside consulting services are needed to assess and document the current state and recommend changes and enhancements to processes.
Required/Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated and delivered successes as an ERP Payroll / Finance SME
- Experience with similar ERP Payroll / Finance Assessments, Road-mapping, strategic planning, etc., projects
- Experience with Infor ERP Payroll / Finance and related business-process consulting
