We are looking for talented, dedicated, and passionate people to add to our Brewpub Management team! While we are based out of San Diego, we have 9 locations spread across Southern California. Our focus is providing our guests with delicious food, great service, and exceptional hospitality, while making them happy one Karl Strauss beer at a time!
We are accepting applications for both General Managers and Brewpub Chefs (aka Kitchen Managers) in the Southern California area. Our GMs manage all operations of their assigned location under limited supervision from the District Manager. They are also responsible for effectively developing and training their team, while productive work environment that aspires to live our values every day. Our Chefs are responsible for all operations of the kitchen at their assigned location. This position is "hands-on" and requires the ability to manage a team, as well as hop on the line and work during high-volume periods.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- 5-6 years of restaurant management or kitchen management experience.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications. Experience with TOAST POS operating system preferred.
- Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, prioritizing work assignments and managing multiple projects at one time.
Salary : $63,500 - $104,700
