WHAT YOU'LL DO :
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records of all customer accounts. This role is crucial in maintaining a steady cash flow and fostering positive relationships with customers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Invoice Management : Generate, review, and distribute invoices to customers for services rendered.
- Payment Collection : Monitor customer accounts, track incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely payment.
- Account Reconciliation : Reconcile accounts to ensure payments are correctly applied, and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Customer Communication : Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding outstanding balances, payment terms, and disputes.
