Civil Litigation Defense Attorney - San Francisco

Overview :

  • Position : Civil Litigation Defense Attorney
  • Work Type : Hybrid Remote / In-Office

Responsibilities :

  • Legal Duties :
  • Direct report to a partner
  • Handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations
  • Engage in pre-trial preparation and client updates
  • Prepare for and participate in trials
  • Case Management :
  • Likely primary handling attorney on own cases, depending on legal experience
  • Professional Development :

    • Qualifications :

  • License : State Bar of California (required)
  • Experience : Civil litigation (1 year preferred)

    • Salary and Benefits :

  • Compensation :
  • Salary : $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year, based on experience
  • Bonus program based on annual billing metrics and job performance
