- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must possess a minimum of 10 years’ work experience performing management consulting, corporate strategy, or a Chief of Staff role in a high-growth healthcare environment.
- Prior experience leading and managing teams.
Desirable Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration. or a related field
- 5 years’ experience in project management, with projects supporting senior and C-suite leaders.
- 5 years’ experience managing complex and geographically dispersed projects/teams.
- Healthcare, management, or analytical consulting experience

- Act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the CEO and COO, ensuring alignment across all high-priority initiatives.
- Provide direction, guidance, mentoring, coaching, and leadership to the management team, ensuring clarity, understanding and engagement of achieving company objectives
- Drive proactive, solution-oriented collaboration across departments, ensuring streamlined communication and effective decision-making to advance strategic initiatives.
- Champion Katie’s Way culture by fostering collaboration, innovation, and a positive work environment, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision and company mission.
- Develop and oversee the creation of strategic materials for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with business priorities and executive objectives.
- Assess and execute high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A and business transformation, rapidly develop expertise to drive efficiency, problem-solving, and value creation.
- Collaborate with the executive team to establish systems, structures, and communication methods that promote accountability for the company’s strategic priorities, OKRs, and major business initiatives, fostering alignment and transparency across teams.
- Create, analyze, and report on metrics designed to drive business growth
- Provide coaching and training to staff regarding metrics, ensuring synchronization across the organization
- Lead special projects assigned by the executive team, bringing structure and rigor to ambiguous challenges.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Maintains confidentiality of all employees, patients, clients, and company information
- Participate in department and company meetings, as well as professional development activities.
- Understands HIPAA regulations and maintains confidentiality of all employees, company, patient, and/or vendor information.
- Has read and understands the company’s HIPAA Privacy Policy and complies with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHAA, Employee Handbook, and all other company policies and procedures.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
