Position Summary: The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, optimizing HR systems, and supporting talent acquisition, development, and retention to drive organizational success.
Essential Functions: The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Leads Strategic Hiring and Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruitment efforts.
- Develop strategic hiring practices and maintain talent pipelines.
- Manages training and development efforts.
- Design and implement position-specific training programs.
- Identify skill gaps and create development plans.
- Ensures compliance management.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and updates HR policies.
- Ensures effective payroll and benefits administration.
- Oversee payroll processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Works toward HR Systems Optimization
- Optimize HR systems for operational efficiency.
- Utilize HR analytics to track key HR metrics.
- Provides Onboarding Leadership
- Lead the onboarding process for all new hires.
- Ensure seamless integration and cultural alignment.
- Leads Talent Management initiatives.
- Develop a Talent Management Program to support growth, succession planning, and retention.
- Implement performance management systems aligned with company goals.
- Ensures Strategic Leadership and Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive team.
- Promote a positive organizational culture and support DEI initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, organizational development, psychology, or another related field
- Must possess at least 10 years’ work experience performing substantially similar essential HR leadership functions.
Desirable Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business, psychology, organizational development, or another applicable field
- Prior experience in creating and implementing HR policies, processes, programs, and forms.
