We are seeking an energetic Senior Talent Acquisition Specilist to help drive our recruiting efforts, manage performance management processes, and foster employee engagement to build our team and culture.
About the Role

As an Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report directly to Michael Lages, Katsam’s CFO and Head of HR. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce by:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and Implementing the Company’s Recruiting Process (Approximately 2/3 of Time):
- Identifying Needs: Collaborate with leadership to define roles, source candidates, and drive the hiring pipeline.
- Lifecycle Recruiting: Conduct all lifecycle recruiting activities, including developing job ads, placing ads, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Managing and Optimizing the ATS: Use and refine the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruiting activities. Train managers and supervisors on HR technologies and processes.
- Analyzing Effectiveness: Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make informed, data-driven decisions.
2. Managing Onboarding, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement Processes (Approximately 1/3 of Time):
- Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees and conduct regular check-ins with new hires to ensure a positive experience.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews and goal-setting processes to support employee development and accountability.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and facilitate engagement programs, including company events, celebrations, recognition programs, and other initiatives.
- Provide support and ideas for living out the company’s values and fostering a positive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
- Location: Based in St. Louis, MO.
- Experience: 4-8 years of HR experience in a generalist role with a focus on recruiting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of setting and achieving challenging targets.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new recruiting processes while thriving in dynamic environments.
- Self-Starter: A problem-solver who can work at both tactical and strategic levels.
Compensation
We offer a competitive annual salary plus commission/bonus, commensurate with experience.
