Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer
- Experience recruiting in the insurance industry preferred
- Ability to relate and interface well throughout levels of the organization
- Strong technical ability with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Analytic and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle recruitment across multiple offices/departments
- Use in-depth sourcing strategies to connect with top talent, building a bench of talent for roles across the company
- Serve as a business partner to hiring manager, providing insight into the talent market, presentation of the candidates, and education on the candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with HRBPs and organizational development on workforce planning
- Conduct background/employment verifications
- Negotiate and manage the offer process (reviewed, extended, and followed through with offers to the onboarding process)
- Maintain relationships with outside recruiting sources/services including contract negotiations offering contract and direct employees for the placement of specialized candidates
