Kavaliro is seeking a Pricing Manager for our local Jacksonville client who will oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies for the company’s products or services. This role involves analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to determine the optimal pricing that drives revenue and profitability while ensuring the company stays competitive. The Pricing Manager will collaborate with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment with the company’s broader business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support the Pricing team with their individual tasksCollaborate with the executive team on strategic initiativesDevelop and implement effective pricing strategiesEnsure that price changes from manufacturers are accurately implementedWork closely with the pricing team, purchasing, and manufacturer representatives to establish pricing structures that enhance business growth with both new and existing customersProvide pricing strategy support and analysis to the Sales teamConduct data analysis using SQL, Business Intelligence, PriceFx, Excel, and other database toolsDrive profitability by executing regional and national pricing strategiesMonitor and evaluate performance across product categories (e.g., sales, margins)RequirementsBachelor’s DegreeAdvanced proficiency in Excel and SQLExperience in the HVAC industrySkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven management experienceProficiency in Excel and SQLFamiliarity with wholesale distribution pricing (preferred)Knowledge of business intelligence tools and reporting systemsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong business acumen and an understanding of the impact of decisionsProficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English to comply with safety standards, training, and company policies Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
