The Role :
Client Engagement : Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their hiring needs and building strong relationships.
Talent Acquisition : Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates through techniques such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
Relationship Development : Drive client retention and growth by cultivating long-term partnerships, demonstrating credibility, and consistently delivering results.

What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Experience in or around the healthcare field.
Proven sales and / or phone experience.
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to learn and grow in a new field.
Resilience and motivation to overcome challenges.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule from a office in Plano, Texas.
