office. This is not a remote role.
Essential Functions : A high energy individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.Improve brand recognition and reputation, as well as brand buildingFamiliar with keyword placement and SEO.Excellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Knowledge of AP style a bonus.Ability to generate content that inspires action, teaches, and entertains.Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator.Analyze brand positioning, customer insights, market trends and competitors' activitiesShape and communicate our brand vision and missionMonitor market trends, research customer markets and competitors' activitiesContribute to creative development to ensure adherence to brand standards, mission, and goals while motivating the target audience to "take action"Improve the brand's reach to new customers, strengthen the brand's connection to existing customers - building brand loyaltyConsistently brainstorm to generate new ideas and strategies to move the brand forwardDevelop comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies and identify key channels to effectively reach and engage with target candidatesLead the social strategy for recruitment marketing on LinkedIn and other platformsManage marketing strategies including advertising campaigns to effectively drive leads and overall conversionsJob Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field2 years of Marketing experienceProven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand ManagerA high energy individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlinesSelf-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaboratorExcellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and editing skillsExperience with social and email marketingProven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executivesExperience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaignsStrong analytical skills partnered with a creative mindData-driven thinking and decision-makingNote :
