**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Kaygen, Inc.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition team, managing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with EEOC requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in planning and executing recruiting and marketing events.
- Manage HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and workforce management.
- Ensure compliance with EEOC requirements and other relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Lead HR-related Continuous Improvement projects and site-wide programs.
- Develop metrics, conduct analysis, and draw conclusions from data related to HR initiatives and programs.
**Qualifications**
BA/BS degree in Business or behavioral science related field required; graduate degree in Human Resources Management/Administration or related field preferred.
1-3 years' experience in Human Resources field; experience with HRIS systems (such as SAP, ADP, and Workday) preferred.
