Bring your knowledge and expertise as our next Office Administrator. This role provides administrative support to KBA Core Business Functions in KBA. The core duties and responsibilities of the position combine general administrative support with recruitment assistance. The Office Administrator will manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed.
Who you are and what you will be doing:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting Administration Support
- Greet and assist interviewees
- Archiving candidate files
- Schedule Interviews
- Maintain recruit pipeline documentation
- Job postings
- Research new electronic platforms to post KBA positions
- Maintain candidate documents in the applicant and employee database—recruiter screens, emails, Import score sheets, etc.
- Update PM report for PM Recruiting Review meeting
- Assist with onboarding
- Other administrative duties as assigned
General Administration
- Answer phones and route calls and messages
- Receive and welcome all visitors, including new employees, clients, vendors/suppliers,
- Lead for overall office and kitchen cleaning and organization
- Distribute incoming mail
- Maintain pre-printed address labels for all KBA employees
- Purchase of meeting supplies, organize and execute meals for working meetings
- Assist with events and meetings.
- Printing, copying, and binding
KBA Engagement / Training
- Attend corporate social and business meetings including Staff Meetings and Safety Meetings,
- Adherence to KBA’s health and safety policies and procedures
- Contribute to the improvement of KBA processes and standards
