What You’ll Do
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance, creating a warm and welcoming first impression for guests and visitors.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable and stocked with all necessary materials.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Order and maintain inventory of home office supplies.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Assist with organizing internal and external events, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor communication.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong attendance history.
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to manage incoming requests professionally.
