JOB SUMMARY
KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a company local to Manchester, NH in their search for an AR Clerk. This is a Contract position that will be onsite and report to the Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Issue accurate invoices promptly.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve issues.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and track payments.
- Maintain accurate payment and interaction records.
- Evaluate customer credit and set limits.
- Collaborate to resolve billing issues and provide service.
- Analyze AR aging reports for financial insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of AR experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation: $23/hr DOE
