- Accurately / timely entering of invoices
- Processing payments for employees / vendors
- Reconciliation and payment of corporate credit cards
- Vendor management
- Additional duties as needed
- 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with a larger ERP system (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with Concur highly desired
