Duties:
The CustomerService Manager is responsible for assisting the Logistics Department, managing client relationships and escalations, fulfilling orders, and liaising with the warehouse to ensure that deliveries are accurate and on time. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the work of the Logistics Coordinators and serving as an SME for the Logistics department. Qualified candidates will have experience in transportation, logistics, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires a high level of communication via email, text, chat and over the phone to ensure all objectives are achieved. This is a hands-on position and successful candidates must be willing to roll up their sleeves, support the team, and model excellence.
Additionally, The Customer Service Manager will:
- Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and on time
- Prepare and maintain reports on logistics activities
- Assist in the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transportation companies to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transportation process
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales, or customer service role is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to transcribe and file documents efficiently

Schedule:
- This salaried position will be either from Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 4:00pm, or 9:30am - 7:00pm and on call as needed.
