The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations, recruitment, and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- HR Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
- Experience in implementing training and development programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
- Payroll Specialist
- Accounts Payable experience
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
