Job Summary :
We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and installing computer desk equipment, including monitors, keyboards, docking stations, cameras, and other peripherals. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities :
- Install and configure computer hardware such as monitors, keyboards, docking stations, and cameras.
- Set up and organize workstation environments to ensure proper functionality and ergonomics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and connectivity issues.
- Assist employees with workstation setup and ensure all necessary accessories are in place.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inventory, and equipment movement.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure proper system integration.
- Perform basic cable management and workspace organization.
- Provide end-user support for desktop and peripheral setup.
