Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification and Prospecting:
Research and identify potential clients through online databases, social media platforms, and other resources.
Utilize market intelligence, brand insights and material research to craft impactful sales presentations.
Maintain a comprehensive database of qualified leads.
Manage inbound lead qualification through website forms, content downloads, and internal referrals.
Outreach and Engagement:
Conduct outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn to engage with potential clients.
Assess leads by understanding the client’s needs and potential fit with our business goals and capabilities.
Cultivate and develop relationships and positive connections with prospective clients.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations, nurture relationships and support the transition of qualified leads to the sales team, with the ultimate goal of conversion to new business.
Attend industry events, trade shows and networking activities to find new prospects and leads.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
Work closely with the sales team to provide detailed information and manage appropriate transition on qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support targeted campaigns and drive inbound inquiries.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in CRM software and targeting database.
Generate reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for leadership review.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
Provide insights on new markets, niches, or events to explore.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Proven experience in new business development and lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Proficiency working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across different client levels.
Preferred Skills:
