Production Supervisor Packing - Night Shift

Our Site based in Garland (Texas), is currently looking for Production Supervisor – Packing: (Night Shift) Supervises the control activities of the production process and guarantees that they are executed within the defined times and modalities in order to ensure the respect of the production, quality and storage targets. Responsibilities: Collaborates with the Shift Leaders to ensure the maximum efficacy of the production activities and the respect of the product evasion times Assures the right sequence of evasion of the production orders, organizing and making them available for the Shift Leaders, and guarantees a correct data of schedule adherence, in collaboration with the Planning department. Contributes to the completion or modification of the production product sheets, in collaboration with the Engineering department and the Production Analyst. Collaborates with the Planning department and the Production Manager in the weekly planning of the Work Center, ensuring the issuing of the weekly reports of the production centers. Advises the Planning department in case of inconsistences between the planned data and the actual production capacities, and proposes modifications of programs or sequences, with the aim of optimizing the customer service and rationalizing the corporate costs. Collaborates with the warehouse in the activities of rotary material inventory Is responsible for ensuring safe work conditions for the personnel and for verifying the observance of the safety legislation and the relative Group rules and the use of the required PPE   Project Related Activities: Manage and develop project deliverables independently or within a team. Assist in the design of control systems (I/O and Motor lists, P&IDs, etc.) Perform on-site startup, commissioning, validate and support. Provide technical competence during project execution. Get the appropriate colleague, manager or customer involved to resolve issues early in the development process. Identify changes in scope and notify Project/ Engineering Manager in a timely manner. Develop approaches to solve problems, handle customer demands, changes, and complaints. Contribute a broad technical competence to the team, along with superior communication, correspondence, and mediation skills. Provides input and resolves issues during the Estimating and Fabrication processes.     Schedule: rotating schedules Night shift 7 PM - 7:30 AM  Working Saturday and Sunday alternating schedule   Education: High School diploma Technical education/ University Degree in Engineering.   Specific Knowledge: Proven analytical competences Project development Maintenance SAP Technical Engineering Join US!
