KDK Sales & Equipment, LLC is a private, family-owned company in the heartland. KDK has earned the reputation for offering a VIP experience to our global ag and construction customers. We're looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for Iowa’s only concierge equipment dealer.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will own and drive KDK's marketing strategy. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement through web, mobile, and social media. You will promote the company and products across multiple platforms, focusing on crafting an effortless user experience and maximizing digital conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing tactics aligned with business goals.
- Generate qualified sales leads through marketing strategies.
- Establish and manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels to engage target audiences, driving conversions and brand awareness.
- Optimize marketing funnels using tools like Salesforce, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Design, publish, and manage content for Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and website.
- Write and publish copy for website, advertisements, press releases, and print.
- Execute brand positioning strategy to ensure all outputs align with corporate identity.
- Continuously evaluate emerging media strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze and report marketing performance, using data to improve results.
- Oversee marketing budgets and optimize resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Background in agriculture required.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality, consistent work independently.
- Must be very organized, with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- 3 years of digital marketing experience in the agriculture industry.
- Proven experience with digital media platforms and tools.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency with graphic design software and website management.
- Ability to interpret market trends and enhance customer experience through marketing initiatives.
Work Conditions:
- Flexible, remote hours (20-30 hours/week required during business hours).
- Ability to commute to the Washington, Iowa location 3-5 days per month and periodically to on-site projects/tradeshows.

Compensation for this position depends upon experience and qualifications and includes a salary plus performance-based bonuses.
