Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) skills to join their dynamic team. This position is integral to supporting the organization’s growth and maintaining their high standard of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Receivable (AR) :
Process and reconcile customer invoices and payments with accuracy.
- Monitor AR aging reports to ensure timely collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and address payment issues directly with customers.
Accounts Payable (AP) :
Manage vendor invoices, approvals, and timely disbursements.
General Accounting :
Post journal entries related to AR / AP transactions.
Collaboration & Process Improvement :
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
