The primary function of this role is to ensure accurate financial reporting and support efficient accounting operations in our industry. Responsibilities:• Accurate and efficient processing of financial reports using tools like Sage 100 and QuickBooks.• Performing account reconciliations and preparing financial statements for month-end close.• Tracking and analyzing project costs, allocating overhead, and addressing variances against budgets in job costing.• Preparing and posting accurate entries such as prepaids, accruals, depreciation in compliance with company policies and standards.• Assisting in audits and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiencies.• Utilizing knowledge of accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning to streamline accounting functions.• Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring financial services are in order.• Performing balance sheet account auditing. • Utilizing knowledge of Cl Programming and Concur for efficient financial operations.
