Kegman Inc, a Women Owned/Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business in Melbourne FL, is seeking an Office Administrator to join the team at our headquarters in Melbourne, FL. This position will serve as the first point of contact for guests and employees visiting our office. This position will manage the office administration to include administrative assistant support to HQ staff, assisting, greeting, and providing directions to visitors while on-site, answering phone calls, and supporting team members as necessary.
NOTE: This is not a remote/telework job.
The Office Administrator must have good communication skills, be organized, and have a keen attention to detail.Ability to work closely with HQ Staffand be involved in all aspects of greeting customers and employees while maintaining the office administration. Key responsibilities are outlined below but may evolve.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all phone calls and emails to appropriate staff
- Greet and escort guest if required
- Manage, clean and organize the front desk and other office areas
- Maintain electronic and hard copy files to ensure compliance with company policy
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, client visits and company events
- Maintain office budget and order all office supplies/kitchen/company supplies
- Collect and sort all mail and packages
- Performs various tasks and projects in support of the corporate office, including Finance, Customer Operations, IT, and Human Resources
- Answer guest and employees questions regarding office functions, documents, and policy
- Provide occasional tours of the office
- Perform various task within the corporate systems to include SharePoint, iSolved, JazzHR, and Unanet
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Microsoft Office Products and Adobe Acrobat
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Ability to operate telephones, computer, printer, and scanner
- Must pass a drug test
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must have ability to be granted a U.S. Government-issued security clearance
