Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including food preparation, catering services, and kitchen management.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance to ensure a high level of service and adherence to company policies.
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels for kitchen operations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and catering services effectively.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, including sales, staffing needs, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to food handling and hospitality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, catering operations, and kitchen management practices.
