We are seeking a Vice President of Critical Environments , a strategic leadership role responsible for driving Kele Companies' growth and influence within the critical facilities space. Leveraging deep industry expertise, extensive network, and experience within the Data Center market, a solid understanding of the building infrastructure space, and proven success in executing strategic programs on a national basis.
Focusing on both new data center projects and existing facilities' operations, maintenance and value to customers, the role demands close collaboration with VP-level sales leaders across the organization to identify, secure, and execute opportunities in this vital vertical market.
- Identify potential customers in a variety of roles (end users and owners, consulting engineers, contractors, and commissioning agents) within the customer organizations.
- Research and grow relationships with existing customers within Kele's commercial and industrial segments.
- Facilitate and engage in meetings between all internal and external stakeholders with a particular focus on executive leadership.
- Work with the appropriate Kele resources to develop solutions and proposals that meet or exceed the customers' objectives.
- Successfully plan long-term customer engagements via an account management mindset and align internal Kele actions to customer goals and needs.
- Ensure that opportunity and account information is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM.
- Consult and provide input into Kele Companies' existing and new product portfolio to ensure proper alignment with customer needs.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to foster leads, build relationships, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult Kele leadership team on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Successfully expand and secure contracts and agreements within the existing Kele portfolio customer base and expand in a rapidly growing marketplace.
- Other duties assigned as business needs emerge.
