We're partnering with Delcoi to find an Appointment Coordination Specialist who will be the backbone of their client service operations. You'll be essential in managing and optimizing the service scheduling process for their growing customer base.

Core Functions:

  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Handle scheduling adjustments and appointment changes as needed
  • Manage incoming service appointment requests and assess priority levels
  • Track and maintain detailed records of all scheduled services and cancellations
  • Address and resolve any scheduling-related challenges
  • Keep both technicians and customers informed of appointment specifics
  • Work with technical team members to create optimal service schedules
  • Book service appointments with efficiency and timeliness


Requirements

  • Strong capability to analyze situations and make effective decisions
  • Team player mindset while being self-sufficient in daily tasks
  • Experience with digital scheduling platforms and related software
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
  • Background in appointment scheduling or service coordination (preferred)
  • Superior organizational capabilities and time management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
